Mary Fahlstrom serves as LETTR's Secretary. Ms. Fahlstrom is the Information Services Manager for the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and has been with that agency since 1997. She is responsible for Sheriff's Office software development, information services training, database management, and records management systems. Ms. Fahlstrom is also Secretary of the Florida Law Enforcement Data Sharing Consortium. She helped develop the first operational version of FINDERSM and has helped review subsequent versions. In addition, Ms. Fahlstrom co-wrote "CAFE," a police records management system adopted by all of Seminole County's law enforcement agencies.
Mark Strobridge is LETTR’s Executive Director. He retired as Chief of the Executive Services Division of the Orange County (FL) Sheriff’s Office where he served for more than 27 years. In his final assignment as the Executive Services Division Chief, he lead Professional Standards (Internal Affairs), Media Relations, Research and Development, Staff Inspections and Accreditation, Facilities Security, Technical Projects, and Government Affairs. His individual and command assignments included patrol, narcotics, staff inspections and quality assurance, support services (fleet management, material control and supply, records), security administration, court security, human resources, facilities management and security, media relations. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute, 8th Command Officer’s Development Course.
